Bafgh Mining Company Public Joint Stock is a company located in Tehran, Iran. It was established as a private limited company on June 16, 1345. The company was later converted into a public company on March 21, 1370, and was admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange on December 20, 1375. The company's headquarters is currently in Yazd province, specifically in Bafaq city, at kilometer 45 of the Bafaq-Bahabad axis. The main activity of the company is the discovery, extraction, and exploitation of lead ore, as well as the breakdown of mineral materials. It also engages in commercial operations such as import, export, distribution, and sale of mineral products and machinery. The company has been granted permission to extract lead from the Kushk lead and zinc mine, which was previously assigned to the Iranian Industrial and Mineral Company. The exploitation license for the mine has been extended and renewed for twenty years. In addition to its primary activity, Bafgh Mining Company also participates and invests in other companies that have a similar subject. This allows the company to engage in various technical, financial, commercial, and industrial transactions related to its main activities.
