Brazil’s transport sector increased 0.9% year-on-year in 2017, M-Brain News Monitoring reported citing figures released by the local institute of geography and statistics IBGE.

Sector’s rebound was also underpinned by increased external trade in 2017. Exports of goods and services rose 5.2% last year, while imports grew 5%.
