Two countries should boost scientific co-operation, SA ambassador in Cairo says

Egypt and South Africa have a chance to deepen their co-operation in a number of fields, BBC Monitoring reported referring to the South African ambassador in Cairo who met on December 5 with members of the Egyptian parliament's African Affairs Committee.

According to the official, the two countries have deeply-rooted relations and they should boost their scientific cooperation and experience exchange.

Also, the head of the African Affairs Committee el Sayed Fleifal said South African businessmen and lawmakers would be invited to visit the Egyptian parliament, BBC Monitoring added.
