Hungarian cryptocurrency to appear in March

Hungarian cryptocurrency called Korona will be launched in March and its developers from Korona Development Team claim it would be the cheapest for global purchases and would be suitable for actual transactions, the Budapest Business Journal (BBJ) reported.

Korona will be officially introduced on March 26 in Switzerland and will operate as a purpose-built bank and payment platform under the supervision of Swiss financial authorities.

The system is also planned to work as a global webshop as sellers would be able to upload their products and services on the platform, BBJ noted.
