Mexico's automotive output decreased 4.4% year-on-year in June, worsening compared to the 1.5% decline recorded a month earlier, CEEMarketWatch reported citing figures released by statistics office INEGI.

Sector's internal sales dropped 11.4% y/y during the month of reference registering its third consecutive two-digit fall. On the other hand, automotive exports continued to grow, this time by 1.7% y/y, slowing 3.9% compared to the hike posted in May.
