Peru’s beer exports soar 138% y/y in H1 2019
Peru saw its beer exports soar by 138% on an annual basis to USD 10 million for the first half of 2019, M-Brain reported. In comparison, the value of beer exports for the same period a year earlier stood at USD 4.20 million.
Between January and June 2019, the most significant exports share, or 83%, belonged to the Cusquena brand. Its exports alone went up by 190% on an annual basis to about USD 8 million, M-Brain added.
