Assets up 2.9% y/y to total of EUR 37.3bn

Slovenia’s banking sector saw its net profit grow by 18% on an annual basis to a total of EUR 343.10 million for the first nine months of 2017, M-Brain reported.

Pre-tax profit rose by 10.4% on the year to EUR 368.5 million.

The successful results were explained with lower impairments and provisions for the period in question.

Also, between January and September 2017, Slovenia’s banking sector saw its assets go up by 2.9% on the year to EUR 37.3 billion, M-Brain added.
