Arab Heavy Industries Co. (AHI) is a public joint stock company established on the 30th of July, 1975, jointly owned by the Ajman Government, Al-Futtaim Group, Keppel Group of Singapore and other investors. The company provides different types of services, including repair of shipbuilding and ship repair, offshore repair, anchorage repair. AHI repairs approximately 140 vessels annually. The company also operates a large steel fabrication shop and produces products for the marine, offshore and engineering industries like platforms, jackets, silos, pressure vessels, buoys, pontoons, barges, etc.
