The Company is mainly engaged in technical service and providing the used oil analysis service at cost basis. For long-term business sustainability and serve you better, the company has introduced the used oil analysis program at our facility in terms of value addition to the customer with a minimum cost involvement.
The Company was incorporated on 03 December 1998 as a Private Limited Company.
The Company went into commercial operations on 20 May, 1999. Trial production of the lube oil blending plant commenced on 9 May, 2003. Commercial production commenced on 2 July, 2003.
The Company converted into a Public Limited Company on 03 December 2009 and changed its name to MJL Bangladesh Limited.
The Company was listed on Chittagong on 26 June 2011 and Dhaka Stock Exchange on June 2011.
The Company Changed its Name from MJL Bangladesh Limited to MJL Bangladesh PLC Effective March 12, 2023 .
