CBA Asset Management is a Bulgarian company which is primarily engaged in the trade in food products and management of supermarkets. The CBA retail chain comprises over 70 stores, located in more than 15 Bulgarian cities. Food retailer CBA Asset Management was established in 2006 to manage the CBA supermarkets of its subsidiaries – CBA Veliko Tarnovo, CBA Gabrovo and CBA Rousse. In 2008, the three units merged under the CBA Targovia name. In March 2008, CBA Asset Management opened its first hypermarket in Veliko Tarnovo. The company set foot in Sofia in April, opening its second supermarket.
