ERG Capital-3 REIT, located in Sofia, was founded in 2006. The company's main activity, according to its Articles of Association, is raising funds through the issuance of securities and investing the raised funds in real estate (real estate securitization). They also engage in the purchase of ownership rights and other real rights over real estate, construction and improvements, with the purpose of management, leasing, leasing or sale, as well as other commercial activities directly related to the aforementioned activities.
