Bulgarian Air Charter was founded in June 2000 as a private airline for commercial passenger, cargo and mail flights to Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
The company is mainly engaged in contract-based charter flights with foreign tour-operators.
Its fleet consists of eleven Boeing McDonnell Douglas 82/83 aircrafts. Bulgarian Air Charter transports passengers to over 20 cities in Germany as well as to Poland, France, Denmark, Slovakia and other states.
The carrier was established by Germany-registered company Systems Development Technologies.
