Fi Health Insurance AD, former Health Insurance company Prime Health was founded in 2007. It was licensed as a provider of voluntary health insurance services in 2008.
In 2010 local First Investment Bank acquired a stake in the company and in early 2011 it increased its ownership to 59.1%.
In mid-2013 the private health insurance company relicensed as general insurer in accordance with the changes in the Insurance Code.
