ZSK Kremikovtsi is a reinforced concrete producer based in Bulgaria's capital Sofia. The company is owned by local construction company Miks PS.
In June 2007, Holcim Bulgaria, the second-largest cement maker on the domestic market, announced plans to buy ZSK Kremikovtsi in a deal pending antitrust approval.
In July 2007, the Bulgarian competition authority said it had no objections to the planned acquisition of a 90.42% stake in ZSK Kremikovtzi by Holcim Bulgaria, a unit of the world's second biggest cement maker Holcim.
