Interhotel Grand Hotel Sofia, controlled by property investor Henry Gwyn-Jones, is owner of the Radisson SAS Grand Hotel Sofia - one of the six five-star hotels in the Bulgarian capital.
Located in the heart of the city, opposite the country's National Assembly, the hotel offers 136 rooms and suites, two restaurants, an Irish pub and conference facilities.
In 2006, the owners of the hotel launched a EUR 10 million overhaul of the property to add new rooms and build a 150-seat conference room.
The hotel was privatised in 1998 to World Trade Company, an investment firm set up by private U.S. individuals.
