SIS Industries OOD, which was incorporated in 1993, is one of the largest players on Bulgaria's wine and spirits market. The firm controls the country's second-largest winery - Karnobat winery - and owns over 10,000 decares of vineyards near the town of Karnobat. Its operations include producing, distilling, bottling, packaging, distributing, developing and marketing a range of alcoholic beverages including vodka, wine, grape brandy, gin, whisky, rum, tequila and bourbon. SIS Industries OOD, founded by local entrepreneur Minuy Staikov, was initially engaged in the import of various alcoholic beverage brands. In 1994, the firm started bottling vodka under the brand Savoy Club. Gradually, it broadened the product range of the Savoy Club brand with whisky, gin, tequila and bourbon.
