Valmex, which was established in 1990, is one of the largest construction companies in Bulgaria.
The firm specialises in the execution of drilling-injection, pilot, hydro-isolation and repair works.
It has successfully executed construction projects for water derivations as well as hydro-technical and tunnel constructions.
In April 2005, Valmex placed an unsuccessful bid in a tender for a 30-year operating concession on Bulgaria's Somovit freight terminal in the Danube port of Russe.
