Crodux Derivati Dva d.o.o. is a chain of gas stations in Croatia. Formerly it was owned by Austrian oil and gas group OMV, but it was sold to Crodux, a member of the Croatian Crodux Plin group, in 2013. Russia’s GazpromNeft, a subsidiary of Russia’s oil giant Gazprom, announced interest in buying the gas stations chain later the same year, but a deal has not yet been announced.
The chain comprises over 60 gas stations across Croatia and sells fuels, oil and oil products and commercial goods.
