In 1977 was founded the plant Gomelselmash. The trust was excluded from the construction and erection enterprise Gomelpromstroy and was renamed into Construction and Erection Trust № 27 in 1979. In 2001 it was reorganized into an Open Joint Stock Company and it is one of the largest construction enterpises in the Gomel region. The main activities are construction of industrial and residental buildings, utility networks. The company provides material and technical provision; execution of project works; geodesic work; plastering, painting and facing works, works on territory improvement. Also, it produces own products – window and balcony blocks of PVC or aluminum, doors, frames, stained aluminium, ebb and flat strips.
