On May 1, 2015, the corporation Walmart Chile S.A., (formerly Inversiones Australes Tres SA) through a capital increase and the subsequent exchange of the shares of the minority shareholders of Walmart Chile S.A. (RUT No. 96439000-2) materialized this fusion in Walmart Chile S.A., (formerly Inversiones Australes Tres S.A.) (RUT No. 76042014-K).
