H&R Century Union Corporation (China)

H&R Century Union Corporation, located in Chaoyang, is a company that was originally engaged in telecommunications industry investment, telecommunications equipment manufacturing, telecommunications engineering and technical consulting, value-added telecommunications services, mechanical industry investment and equipment manufacturing, and self-operated import and export business. In 2008, the company's remaining assets and liabilities were transferred to Chongqing Chengao Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. as part of a restructuring plan approved by the Chongqing Third Intermediate People's Court. Although the debt restructuring of the company's restructuring plan was completed on December 31, 2008, its production and operation remained suspended. In June 2009, Xinfengfu Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., controlled by Mr. Du Huikai, acquired 100% equity of Shanghai Xin Yi Industrial Co., Ltd., becoming the actual controller of the company. Xinfengfu, together with Shanghai Xin Yi, restructured H&R Century Union Corporation. The company has recently completed a major asset restructuring by issuing shares to acquire 100% equity of Huanyu Century Film and Television Media Co., Ltd. The company's future main business scope will be film and television production and distribution, artist management, games, and related businesses. In order to better adapt to the company's future development needs and strategic planning, the company decided to change its Chinese name from "Xingmei Union Co., Ltd." to "Huanyu Century Union Co., Ltd." on February 15, 2017.
