Youngor Group Co., Ltd. was reorganized as a joint stock limited company in 1993 on the basis of Ningbo Youth Development Co. which was set up in 1979. With the approval of China Securities Regulatory Commission, the company was listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange on Nov. 19, 1998. The company is principally engaged in the production of apparels and knitted products, as well as property development. The company's major products are shirts, suits and knitting fabrics, among others. It distributes its products under brands named YOUNGOR, YOUNGOR CEO, MAYOR & YOUNGOR, GY, Hart Schaffner Marx and CEO. The company also involves in operation of regular chain shops, which deal with its apparel products. It distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the company had six major subsidiaries, which involved in property development and the manufacture of apparels.
