Banco Davivienda was founded on August 1972 under the name of "Corporación Colombiana de Ahorro y Vivienda-Coldeharro”. However, on January 30, 1973, the organization changed its name to "Corporación Colombiana de Ahorro y Vivienda - Davivienda. It offers financial services targeted to individuals and families and promotes savings and housing finance.
On one side, it offers Personal Banking: Savings and investment, housing credit, consumer credit, credit cards, debit cards, international money orders, personal banking portfolio; and on the other there are Business Banking services, such like: transaction services, savings and investment, credit lines, SEBRA, security transportation.
It is part of the Bolivar Group. The banks has more that 6.6 million clients, 743 offices, 2400 Daviplata clients´ attention point, 2000 ATM machines.
