AXA zivotni pojistovna, a.s. is a company that entered the Czech insurance market in 1995 (until 14th of March 2007 the fund operated under its former name – Winterthur Pojistovna, a.s.). The company has only specialized in personal insurance since 2002, when it made the strategic decision to focus on life insurance and accident insurance. The basis insurance products offered are capital and term life insurance, investment life insurance, accident insurance and supplemental health insurance. It is a part of AXA Group in the Czech Republic.
