Allianz pension fund was established August 31, 1997 by general meetings of its legal predecessors. It was created by merging Allianz-HYPO pension fund, as a Živnobanka - pension fund, as called Allianz - Živnobanka pension fund, pension fund and the name was changed to Allianz Pension Fund in connection with the purchase of 45% shares of the Fund Allianz from Trade Bank at the end of the year 2000, a new name was entered on the 26th February 2001. Both the original funds were dissolved without liquidation and Allianz pension fund, as is their legal successor in full.
