INSIA a.s. was established in 1992 under the name Portfolio Alfa s.r.o. Currently it offers insurance and leasing broker services. In 2010, the company entered the Slovak market and opened a branch in Bratislava. Same year, the company established a daughter unit there - INSIA SK s.r.o. MMC UK Group Limited became major shareholder of INSIA in 2011. The company is member of the Association of the Czech insurance brokers. INSIA is member with the major insurance companies on the Czech market.
