Cairo Investment and Real Estate Development was established under law 159 for year 1981 for the purpose of establishment and management of educational facilities, administrative housing, remedial facilities and trade of medical instruments and oil services.
The company is mainly engaged in real estate development; specializing in constructing, furnishing and managing educational facilities, medical facilities and residential units, as well as trading and supplying medical equipments for hospitals and oil fields service equipments. In addition, it establishes and manages private schools through its wholly owned subsidiary, Cairo Educational Services Company. It was listed on Cairo and Alexandria Stock Exchange on 16/02/1998.
