XD Inc. is a company located in Hong Kong. On December 27, 2010, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council issued a reply approving the establishment of XD Inc. and agreeing to the company's articles of association. On December 28, 2010, Zhongtianyun Certified Public Accountants issued a capital verification report, confirming that XD Inc. had received a total of 900 million yuan in initial contributions from all founders, all of which were in monetary form. On December 29, 2010, all founders held an inaugural meeting, agreeing to establish XD Inc., approving the articles of association, and electing the first board of directors and board of supervisors.
