PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia is a limited liability company established in Jakarta dated on May 25, 1974. The Bank changed its status and became a commercial bank July 21, 1989, and obtained an approval to become a Foreign Exchange Bank on May 2, 2008. In 2007, Hana Bank, Korea, acquired the Bank's shares from the former shareholders and became the majority shareholder. On July 12, 2013 conducted the merger of PT KEB Indonesia to the Bank Hana, and on March 10, 2014 operational merger has been conducted with the name of PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia. The Bank is engaged in commercial banking and on December 31, 2019, the Bank owned 16 branches, 39 sub-branches, 5 cash offices, 224 ATMs and 8 mobile ATMs.
