Gujarat State Fertilizer & Chemicals Ltd. (GSFC) is a company located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. It was incorporated in 1962 and started fertilizer production in 1967. GSFC is known for its pioneering achievements, such as being the first industrial complex in the country set up in the joint sector and the first company to set up fertilizer plants within two years of receiving approvals. It also became the first industrial project to have direct equity participation from farmers and the first fertilizer unit to receive assistance from IDBI's Assistance Fund.
