Missan Oil Company (MOC) is a state-owned oil and gas company located in the Maysan Province of Iraq. It was established in 2008. The company is headquarted in the capital of Maysan Province - Amara. MOC manages several producing oil fields, including Abu-Gharb, Fakka, Halfaya and Majnoon, in partnership with the South Oil Company (SOC).
