Dade Gostar e Asr e Novin (DGA Novin) is an Iranian company that provides data and internet access services. The company has a local outreach to nearly 450 cities in Iran. It is mostly recognizable via its HiWEB telecommunication brand. DGA Novin was established in 2003 by state authorities as one of the licensed private access providers (PAP). In 2009 it became privatized. Currently, it is engaged in executing a large government contract which implies the provision of high speed internet to more than 25000 villages across Iran over a 10-year period.
