The company was established as a Private Joint Stock Company on 21 April 2002.
The company was registered under a registration number 230 and 17 June 2002.
then The Company Changed it s Legal Form to be Public Joint Stock Company on 16 September 2017.
The Company was listed on Iran Fara Bourse on 15 January 2018.
The Company was delisted on 20 July 2018 from securities and exchange organization.
The Company started it is activity on 23 September 2006.
History of Firoozkooh Cement Company
Due to the urgent need of the Islamic homeland for cement for industrial and economic growth and development and with the aim of raising the living standards of the people of the region to create employment and due to the existence of limestone and marl mines in this region of the country, Firoozkooh Cement Production Company is one of the companies. It is a subsidiary of Sidco Holding (Cement Industries Investment and Development Company) and was established in May 2002 on a 40,000 square meter land at km 10 of Firoozkooh-Ghaemshahr road. Due to the large dimensions of the project and the need to implement it in the form of an independent legal entity, this company was registered in the Companies Registration Office under No. 230 on 03/27/81 and the project operation with an initial capital of 1,000,000,000 Rials began on March 1, 2003. And was put into operation in September 2006.
Control of production stages of Firoozkooh Cement Factory is fully automatic and intelligent and with FLS automation monitoring software along with Siemens S7-400 and S7-300 control systems as well as a variety of instrumentation equipment such as thermometers, barometers and positioners, etc. It is directly controlled so that the operation of all production line machines from the input of raw materials to the exit of the final product is under the control of this system. Firoozkooh Cement Company with a production capacity of 3300 tons of clinker per day is producing one of the highest quality cements in the region in domestic markets (Tehran, Mazandaran and Semnan provinces) and in foreign markets (Central Asian countries including Azerbaijan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, etc.) is distributed. The quality and technical indicators of the products of this collection are in accordance with the latest national standards of Europe and Iran.
