The main activities of the company are agricultural, livestock, catering, farming, bees, fish, and any other animal, and the use of herbal products , import of raw materials, machinery and supplies needed by the company of any livestock, Prducing raw milk, genetic products, fertilizer , milk powder, livestock verious types and top beef Cattle .
The Company established Under name FKA agriculture and industerial limited co. and registed in Tehran under registeration No. 19361 on 6 August 1974.
The Company started its activity on 16 August 1978.
The Company changed its legal form to be a Private Joint Stock Company, also its address to Isfahan and registeration No. to be 1374 on 14 April 1975
The Company changed its name to be FKA agriculture and animal husbandry Private Joint Stock Company on 18 October 1975.
The Company changed its legal form to be a Public Joint Stock Company 20 March 2019
The Company listed on Iran Fara Bourse on 3 February 2019 .

the Company is the first and only producer of genetic products in the Middle East and Iran with capacity of 10000 embryos per year.The embryos of the Company have really high genetic value and are produced fresh or frozen.these embryos are used in industrial and semi-industrial herd and have promoted the level of genetic quality of livestock population.

For the health of agricultural productions, the Company has been producing 360 tons veremicompost organic fertilizer in different packages every year

Natural fertilizer is degisted by kind of worm and then converting to fertilizer , rich in natural food , odorless , free from insects and pathogen factors.
Veremicompost fertilizer which has been produsced by Padideh FKA brand and is a product rich in minerals (phosphorous,potassium,nitrogen).
This product is a healthy and secure source for producing plenty of fruits ,quality garden production ,apartment plants ,trees , greenery of residental.
You can use veremicompost (Padideh FKA) for several consecutive periods and change a dry land to green land.
This product doesn t have any harms of chemical fertilizer or organic fertilizer.
Using of chemical fertlizer cause pollution groundwater resources,outbreaks of diseases,the loss of the nature s flavour and aroma of agriculture products.
On the other hand , organic fertilizer cause bad smell , eggs of insects , parasities and pathogenic bacteria

Pregnant Heifer:the Company s heifers have supplied over the last 2 decades and they have high genetic value among newly established livestock breeding.
The benefits of heifers :the use of sperm which determined the sexually,seprating these heifers from adult livestock and also the use of new vacciness.
male calf:providing over than 2500 male calves which have high quality for fattening and also suitable genetic capacity which considerate the interests of customers as company s priorities.
Mature cow:this company has been able to provide part of the protein required by the comunity withproduction of 500 tons meat annually.

In vitro Fertilization Lab
the Company ivf Lab initially was established with the purpose of producing IVF embryo, from female animal with highest genetic as egg donor.
We collect ovaries from top genetic dairy cows of our herd which will be culled for any reason.
Then pick up the ova and doing IVF in our Lab. We transfer embryos to the cows which have lower genetic values or we also can freeze them to use in the future.
The advantages of IVF and embryo transfer are shorten the interval between generations, speed-up genetic improvement, decrease number of semen per each pregnancy and prevention diseases which transmit from dam to futures.
