The Company was established as a public Joint Stock company on 30 December 2007 and was registered under a registration number 313443.
The Company was listed in Iran Fara Bourse on 10 October 2011.
The Company was changed the year end from September to March.

Heavy polyethylene
Polyethylene is an odorless, colorless, transparent crystalline solid that has numerous applications in the fields of food packaging, liquid and solid detergent containers, shampoos, medicines, dyes, motor oil cosmetics and boxes. Alcoholic Beverages, Barrels Tanks, All Films (Agricultural Films, Shrinks, Stretchers, Bags) Food Dairy Packaging, Freezer Waste (Water Sewer Pipes Gas Pressure Pipes, Household Plastic Appliances, Toys, wires and cables, all kinds of caps and warheads ...).
Heavy Duty Polyethylene ( HDPE ) has a linear structure with a few side branches and has a density of 0.940 ~ 0.965 gr / cc and is produced under low and medium pressure processes. The molecular chain in this type of polymer is compact and this factor increases its density. The flexibility and impact strength of this product is less than other PEs but it is good against chemicals and fragile environmental stresses. Therefore, this type of polymer is used in the production of commercial products such as fuel containers, outdoor chairs, toys, garments, pipes and ducts. Heavy polyethylene is the most widely used type of polyethylene in the world. Of the total 70.1 million tonnes of polyethylene consumed in the world in 2007, 44.9 percent was for heavy polyethylene.

Applications of this material in domestic markets and abroad depends on the type and grade is different, but the use of HDPE in Iran for the production of plastic products, injection is the method of compression molding production and about 27 percent of the total amount of the substance Forms.
