The National Investment Company of Iran, located in Tehran, was established in November 1354. It is the first private and public investment company in Iran. In March of the same year, it was included in the list of companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange. The company's main goals and duties, as defined in its statutes, include direct investment or participation in the creation, development, and launch of production and industrial projects. It also engages in buying and selling shares of production and service companies and securities. Additionally, the company encourages and facilitates investment for natural and legal persons through the provision of consulting services and investment management.
