Persian E-Commerce Company (PECCO) is an Iranian public joint-stock company, specialized in electronic payment services. It was established in 2000 as a private joint-stock entity and became publicly traded in 2010. The company hold licenses from the Central Bank of Iran and from the Ministry of Industry and Mines, concerning its software production. PECCO mainly focuses on POS systems and ATMs, providing virtual payment systems via cell phones and internet, as well as issuance and personalization of debit and credit cards.
