The Company was established in 9 April 2003, and was registered in the commercial registeration under number 200758.
The Company was listed in Irab Fara Bourse Base Market B on 31 December 2011.
The Company Based on the Law of Establishment of Non-Governmental Insurance Institutions approved September 6, Islamic Consultative Assembly and License No. 2, dated 1/4/9, Central Insurance of the Islamic Republic of Iran Insurance started its activities as the first private insurance company in Iran, with a capital of 1.5 million rials in the beginning of the year. The composition of the shareholders has changed in the year 6 and a number of natural and legal persons are currently operating as shareholders of Razi Insurance Company.
