Initially, NBV operated as a wholesaler and retailer of premium leather products. However, in response to the economic recession and lack of demand, the company decided to diversify its business into more sustainable industries such as trading, manufacturing, and services. This strategic shift was aimed at safeguarding the interests of shareholders and other stakeholders against fluctuations in the business environment caused by internal and external factors. Currently, NBV is engaged in the trading of cement and steel and has plans to expand and diversify further by becoming a cement manufacturer, as well as an automobile and aviation service provider.
