Hilal Cement Company (K.S.C.P) is a Kuwaiti company located in Kuwait City, Asima Governorate. It was established in 1984 and its shares were listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange in 1998. However, as of March 2, 2022, the company has voluntarily de-listed from the stock exchange. The company specializes in the import, storage, and distribution of cement and bulk resources. It is one of the largest cement producers in Kuwait and operates two cement import terminals in the southern region of the country.
