International Resorts Company is a Kuwaiti closed shareholding company, headquartered in Safat in Kuwait. The company was incorporated in 1976 and it has been listed on Kuwait stock exchange since 2004. It is engaged in real estate and other investment activities in Kuwait and abroad. The Company's activities include purchase, sale and development of real estate and land properties in Kuwait and abroad; management of third party properties; establishment, operation, trade rent and investment in hotels, offices, apartments, dwelling houses, restaurants, cafes, play grounds, public places, gardens and exhibitions; conducting studies and the provision of consultancy services; investments in real estate companies. The company also deals with organizing real estate exhibitions and auctions; provision of maintenance and contracting works including civil, mechanical and electric contracting. International Resorts Company invests surplus funds in portfolios managed by specialized companies.
