Zima Holding Co KSC was incorporated in 2004 to engage in the investment of stocks and shares in Kuwaiti or non-Kuwaiti companies, and shares in Kuwaiti or non-Kuwaiti limited liability companies. The Company lends money to companies in which it owns 20% or more of the capital of the borrowing company, and also acts as guarantor on behalf of these companies. The Company owns industrial equity, such as patents, industrial trademarks, royalties, and franchises them to other companies or uses them within or outside of Kuwait. The Company also owns real estate and movable property to conduct its operations within the limits as stipulated by law, and invests surplus funds in investment and real estate portfolios managed by specialized companies.
