-2018: The Company was incorporated in Sri Lanka on October 11, 2018 as a Private Limited Liability Company under the provisions of Companies Act No. 7 of 2007.
-2021: The Company was converted from Private Limited to Public on September 7, 2021.

The Company will listed on Colombo Stock Exchange on February 7, 2022.
The Company name was changed from HELA APPAREL HOLDINGS LTD to HELA APPAREL HOLDINGS PLC on March 19, 2022.
