The bank network includes 37 branches and 537 agencies in more than 370 places all over Moldova, accounting for about 60% of the banking presence in the territory. It also has the largest network of exchange offices in all the administrative areas of the Republic. On 18 June 2001, the Joint Stock Commercial Bank "Banca de Economii" was re-registered as the Joint-Stock Company "Banca de Economii SA. Increase in market share, with 15.7% of total deposits at the system level, which is 2.1 points more compared with the beginning of the same period of time. Assets and resources managed by Banca de Economii S. A. in late 2011 amounted to 5.841 million lei or with 10.2% more. From October 2015 the bank is in the process of liquidation.
