Codreanca SA is a company which was established in 1967 in Calarasi and which specializes in clothing production. Since 1995 Codreanca has been producing clothing for various European companies and has established partnerships with companies from Germany and Italy. In 2002 the "Unicode" brand was created. The company produces uniforms for employees of several state institutions, international companies as well as private companies. At present, the factory has about 500 employees and produces approximately 40,000-45,000 pieces per month with a production area of more than 2000 m2.
