Media Print Macedonia (MPM) is a local information services provider, which was formed after three Macedonian publishers – Krug, Most and Ogledalo, merged in April 2004. The company is part of the WAZ Media Group, which is a majority owner of three merged publishers.MPM provides marketing, sales and finance management of WAZ’s assets in Macedonia. Graficki Centar Skopje, a leading print shop on the market, is incorporated in MPM’s group, as well.
The consolidated turnover of the three newspapers is around 65,000 copies, weekly.In the beginning of 2012, WAZ Media Group sold its full stake to Macedonia's Orka Holding for undisclosed amount. The new owner of the publisher deals with export, import, production, distribution, retail, sports, journalism and health care.
