Empresas Ica S.A.B. de C.V. is an engineering and construction company which provides its services to clients in the public and private sectors, in Mexico and other countries. “ICA” is a constructor of infrastructure, both urban and industrial constructions, and is engaged in the operation and maintenance of highways, bridges, ports and tunnels, under a concession scheme, and also participates in contracts to manage water distribution and waste disposal. “ICA” has made joint ventures with other companies to undertake and to develop new projects. As a result of these associations have been founded the companies “ICA Fluor Mexico”, “RODIO” and “KRONSA” in Spain. “ICA” has been listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) since 1992.
