Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes was founded in 1946.It is an institution under the Ministry of Education, dedicated to the dissemination of artistic and cultural activities and education and artistic research promotion. It manages more than 35 working centers in dance, literature, music, museums and opera, which include,Palacio de Bellas Artes, the National Symphony Orchestra, The National Dance Company, Palacio de Bellas Artes museum, National Art Museum, San Carlos National Museum, and Modern Art Museum, among others.
