Avaland Berhad, located in Subang Jaya, is a property development company that has been listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad since April 6, 2015. Formerly known as MCT Berhad, Avaland and its group of companies are quickly becoming one of the leading property developers in Malaysia.
