BCR Pensii, Societate De Administrare A Fondurilor De Pensii Private SA is a Romanian company established in June 2007. Along with BCR Banca pentru Locuinte, BCR Leasing SA and BCR Chisinau the company is a part of the BCR Financial Group. In 2009 BCR Pensii SAFPP SA merged with Fondul de Pensii Administrat Privat Omniforte from the privately administrated pension funds market. Also in 2009 BCR Pensii SAFPP SA has entered the voluntary pensions market with the takeover of Fondul de Pensii Facultative BCR Prudent (Fondul de Pensii Facultative BCR Plus' initial name). In the beginning of 2010 BCR Pensii SAFPP SA completed the acquisition of two privately managed pension funds - Prima Pensie and OTP - BCR Pensii absorbing those two companies.
